On Saturday, October 5, PARC will be holding the 19th Annual Helen and Danny Coughlin Memorial Walk beginning at 9:00am at Norton Park in Plainville!  This year’s theme is “Honoring Our First Responders”, and the day’s event will be full of surprises and fun!
