PARC recently introduced a new mission statement reflecting who we are and our intent. The modifications are in bold. The new strategic plan will posted shortly.
PARC promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetime, by providing family-centered support, direct services and advocacy. PARC creates opportunities to educate the community and demonstrate that our members are strong, capable, and valued citizens who contribute meaningfully to the community.
