Christmas is best celebrated with friends and family, and PARC’s 2016 party was filled with just that!  Members and their families feasted along with staff and volunteers – then had a visit from Santa!  With generous support from the Manafort Family Foundation, each PARC member was given a special personal gift that was chosen packaged especially for them!  #joytotheworld!
