PARC thanks the Plainville PumpkinFest!

PARC, Inc. is so appreciative of this generous donation from the Plainville PumpkinFest! During a ceremony held Nov. 14 at the new Bistro Twenty 4, Kris D’Argenio and other festival organizers presented checks to several organizations including PARC.
