The annual King of the Wing and Chili Cook-Off Challenge event that was held on Sunday, January 28 at Central Cafe in Plainville was a record-breaking success! 16 home cooks entered their best chili into the challenge, and eight brave (and hungry!) men took their places at the table to eat as much chicken as possible in 12 minutes. Turnout from the public was outstanding, and the management and staff at Central did a tremendous job of keeping all the patrons served!
